My iPhone won't turn on. Can you fix it?
Often, yes. No-power iPhones usually have a board fault like a shorted capacitor or failed charging chip. Board-level repair can fix it and keep your photos and data intact.
My iPhone won't charge. Is it the port?
Sometimes it's just lint in the port, sometimes the port itself, and sometimes the charging chip on the board. The free diagnosis tells you which, so you only pay for what's actually broken.
Can you get photos off a broken iPhone?
