6-Month Repair Warranty

Every repair performed by FixedMac is backed by a 6-month warranty covering the repaired area of the device and our workmanship.

If the original issue returns because of a problem with the repair or a component we replaced, we'll repair it again at no charge.

This warranty does not cover damage caused after the repair, including:

• Liquid or water damage

• Drops, impacts, or crushed devices

• Bent frames or enclosures

• Any new, unrelated failures elsewhere in the device

If the repaired area has been damaged by any of the above, the warranty for that repair is void.

I know it can be hard to trust warranties these days. My goal isn't to look for reasons to deny a warranty claim, it's to stand behind my work and treat customers fairly. If you ever have an issue, reach out. Even if the problem isn't covered under warranty, I'll do my best to find a solution that works for both of us.
